Sage is a calm, peaceful, and deeply loving dog. She is very familiar with her people and her home. Every day, she follows the routine of both her family and herself. Sage especially enjoys the quiet moments at home. She takes great pleasure in caring for the people and animals in our house. Whenever she is not snuggled up with one of us, she can be found cuddling with our 14-year-old dog. Sage is confident and unfazed in new places and around unfamiliar dogs. She embraces new experiences without overly pursuing them. This laid-back nature makes her a pleasure to walk on a leash and ride in the car with. As a mother, she was exceptional, never growing tired of being with her pups long after they were weaned.
